What we store
Your rights
Depending on your location (including users in the EU, UK, California, and many other jurisdictions), you have some or all of the following rights:
Access
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Update inaccurate or incomplete information. Most of this you can do directly in Settings.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your personal data. Account deletion removes all identifying information. Anonymized aggregated data (e.g. view counts) may be retained.
Portability
Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to certain uses of your data, including any future marketing communications.
Take action
Update your profile
Change your username, display name, bio, and avatar directly in your account settings.

Email us to receive a full export of the personal data associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and removes your email, username, profile, reading history, and view records. Any stories you have published will also be removed. This cannot be undone.
Request account deletionAnonymous viewer key
When you visit a story page as a guest, a random UUID is stored in your browser's local storage under the key xofanic_vid. It has no connection to your identity. Clear it any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
